ABOUT THE POSITION: The intern will support Import operations, assisting in process monitoring, document organization, communication with suppliers and service providers, and participation in departmental continuous improvement projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in tracking shipments and customs clearance procedures; - Support verification of documents (invoices, packing lists, BL, DI, etc.); - Update spreadsheets and systems with operation statuses; - Assist in communication with suppliers, customers, and customs brokers; - Support deadline and operational demand management; - Contribute to document organization and digitization. REQUIREMENTS: - Currently enrolled in Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); - Strong communication and organizational skills; - Proactivity and willingness to learn.
