Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing apartments and common areas, ensuring quality standards and guest privacy. Key Highlights: 1. Providing courteous service for guests' simple requests #### **About the position:** * Clean, organize, and sanitize apartments and common areas under your responsibility, ensuring proper replenishment of linens and amenities while respecting guest privacy and the hotel's quality and hygiene standards. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform room setup during check-in, check-out, and daily (stay-over) processes. * Change bed and bath linens, restock amenities, and arrange environments according to standards. * Sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and surfaces appropriately and safely. * Keep your service cart clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift. * Report forgotten items, damages, or irregularities in apartments to supervision. * Conserve supplies, use PPE correctly, and comply with safety procedures. * Respond courteously to guests' simple requests when authorized. * Meet productivity targets and standards set by the housekeeping department. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Training courses (hotel cleaning techniques, linen handling, hygiene best practices, cleaning product usage, and PPE usage). * Relevant work experience: 6 months to 1 year. * Prior experience in professional cleaning or hospitality is desirable. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine | Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the network #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off * Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:20 PM
