If you’re looking for a place to innovate, learn, and grow, CondoConta is your next step. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities** Execute and analyze treasury operations, ensuring accuracy in recordkeeping, efficiency in cash flow management, and robust support for financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor daily cash flow and financial positions. * Execute and record treasury-related financial and credit transactions. * Perform bank reconciliations across multiple products and accounts. * Manage credit assignment operations with the FIDC (Fund for Investment in Receivables). * Conduct settlement and repurchase operations with the FIDC. * Maintain accuracy of CondoConta’s portfolio of receivables. * Develop dashboards to support decision-making. * Track and report departmental KPIs. * Ensure timely delivery of data required for accounting close. * Propose and lead process improvements and automation initiatives. * Analyze and resolve tickets in Jira Service Management. Minimum Required Technical Competencies: * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, advanced functions, charts, macros). * Solid understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, financial products, and financial statements. * Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive). * Familiarity with Power BI or Looker Studio for dashboard creation. * Minimum Required Behavioral Competencies: * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and reliability. * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
