If you enjoy organizing processes, working with data, and aspire to evolve toward a more strategic and leadership-oriented role, this opportunity may be right for you. **\#JoinBern** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do Daily:** * Analyze and validate third-party documentation, ensuring compliance with business rules, contractual requirements, and mobilization deadlines and SLAs; * Support operational organization—including demand prioritization, activity flow monitoring, and resolution of deviations, risks, and inconsistencies; * Conduct quality assurance reviews of team analyses, contributing to process standardization, continuous improvement, and technical guidance for analysts; * Identify and consolidate operational and financial KPIs, monitor targets and results, flag deviations, and support report and presentation development; * Support customer satisfaction tracking and collaborate with internal departments to align processes and execute action plans; **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Excel in This Role, You Need:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Management Processes, or related fields; * Experience in operational routines and process monitoring; * Experience in documentation analysis and validation (preferably in mobilization, compliance, or third-party management); * Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used daily. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** * Prior experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environments (e.g., operations, consulting, BPO); * Experience or exposure to management support activities (e.g., peer mentoring, task review, demand organization); **Attitudes and Behaviors That Make All the Difference:** * Organization and priority management; * Clear and assertive communication; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity and ownership mindset. **Additional Information** **\#WeArePeople**—that’s why we support and value our employees!
