Title: Production Supervisor Location: Igarassu Job Mission Ensure the delivery of products and processes meeting all safety and quality requirements, optimizing resources at the lowest cost while using TPM tools to ensure consistent results. Key Responsibilities * Ensure area efficiency by adhering to operational routines, delivering the planned production volume, and complying with quality standards; • Ensure compliance with and documentation of quality analyses and FSSC22000 and HOC standards; • Serve as an operational reference for risk perception, application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and ISO 9001; * Operate and become an expert in production processes within one of the production areas (hot area); * Ensure compliance with and documentation of operational standards, and conduct reviews when necessary (Work Instructions and CILT) (LPP management, CILT, Maintenance Plan, and Safety); * Prepare PO for the area and manage documents in Loyal; * Ensure execution of deviation analyses (safety, quality, volume, and cost) through root cause failure analysis (RCFA); * Perform sugar loss closures, BCS, FTR production, OPI, and brewhouse room efficiency closures (where applicable, if assigned to the hot Beer area); * Ensure 5S implementation in the area through team development and definition of standards to be followed; * Ensure execution of TPM (Total Productive Management) Autonomous Maintenance activities. Support implementation of AM Brewing/NAB; * Analyze improvement opportunities and propose actions based on analysis of procedures and processes within your area of responsibility; * Support result management, inventory management, production and loss reporting, monthly closures, and BCS preparation; * Ensure up-to-date visual management boards, completion of incident log sheets, and reporting of non-conformities related to raw materials and finished products; * For Food Safety Team (ESA) members: ensure HACCP study, implementation, reviews, and maintenance of the system per procedure PR\-COR\-TCP\-075\. * Ensure monitoring of CCPs and PPROs. Requirements Bachelor's degree completed SAP knowledge TPM (Total Productive Management) experience preferred; Microsoft Office suite Valid Class B driver's license Experience in manufacturing environments (processes) Benefits We deeply care about your health!
