### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Junior Payroll Analyst The NGO Ser Especial is looking for a Junior Payroll Analyst to join the team. We seek someone with experience in the field, dynamic, proactive, and passionate about the HR sector. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and administering benefit purchases, including: Transportation Allowance and Meal Allowance; Tracking health occupational invoices and bills; Managing, maintaining, and collecting data from electronic timekeeping systems; Verifying and calculating vacation entitlements; Conducting employment termination procedures (homologations) and supporting employees via email, WhatsApp, and in person—answering questions and providing necessary assistance; Entering information into the system, ensuring all employee-related data is accurately recorded in the company’s HR system. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Salary: R$ 2.800,00 Work location: Historic Center of São Paulo, near São Bento and Anhangabaú metro stations Hiring type: PJ (If you do not have an active CNPJ, we recommend registering as an MEI upon hiring) Hybrid work arrangement—to present to your department manager the tasks already performed and delivered throughout the week. IMPORTANT: Transportation and meal expenses are the responsibility of the selected candidate. A cafeteria area is available at the office. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** JOB REQUIREMENTS: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR or Psychology (with emphasis on organizational psychology); Experience in Payroll, including hands-on knowledge of benefit procurement and administration, electronic timekeeping systems, employment termination procedures (homologations), and vacation tracking and calculation. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** PJ
