




Travel and tourism agency hiring an IT Intern in Recife. Ponte Tur is a company specialized in travel and tourism, offering customized packages and services. Ensure all relevant information is entered and updated in each ticket. Actively monitor ticket flow, ensuring all tickets are being processed and that their status/resolution is updated for the requester. Collaborate with technical teams (Systems, Infrastructure, etc.) to ensure ticket progress and resolution. Extract and consolidate key Service Desk metrics (e.g., average response time, ticket volume by category, open tickets) for report generation. Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles for both internal teams and end users.
