Assistance to teachers with technological resources **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional to work as an **Interactive Course Advisor**, assisting students in using educational platforms and digital technologies, as well as providing **basic Information Technology (IT) maintenance support** at the school unit. **Main Responsibilities:** * Guide students in using interactive courses, digital platforms, and educational technological resources; * Monitor student performance, clarifying basic questions about content and tools; * Assist teachers and the pedagogical team in using technological resources; * Provide basic IT technical support (computer, printer, projector, internet, and software configuration); * Identify and report more complex technical issues to the responsible department; * Ensure the organization and proper functioning of the school’s computer equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress in IT, Computer Science, Systems, Networks, or related fields preferred); * Basic knowledge of computer science and educational technology; * Proficiency with systems, online platforms, and customer service; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a school or educational environment; * Knowledge of basic computer and network maintenance; * Collaborative profile and interest in technology and education.
