




Job Summary: An HR professional to support recruitment, selection, onboarding, payroll routines, benefits administration, and organization of internal training sessions and events. Employee onboarding and training assistance * Support **recruitment and selection** processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling. * Assist in the **onboarding and integration of new employees**. * Organize and maintain **employee documentation and HR department files**. * Provide support for **payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and vacation** routines. * Support the management of **occupational health examinations and occupational health and safety documentation**. * Update HR information tracking spreadsheets and systems. * Provide employee support to clarify HR-related queries. * Assist in organizing **training sessions, internal endomarketing initiatives, and internal events**. * Support the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
