Responsibilities * Provide technical support to users (on-site, remotely, via phone, or through the ticketing system); * Register, track, and close technical incidents; * Provide support for internal systems, web applications, software, and equipment; * Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates; * Guide users on correct usage of systems and tools; * Identify and report failures, errors, and opportunities for improvement; * Escalate requests to higher support levels when necessary; * Maintain organization and documentation of support activities. Requirements * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in IT are desirable); * Basic computer knowledge (Windows, internet, Office suite); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn; * Ability to work collaboratively and interact courteously with users; * Medical certificate confirming PCD status (as per applicable legislation).
