ABOUT THE POSITION: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing the office and representing the company in interactions with suppliers, clients, condominiums, and regulatory inspections, among others; * Serving high-performing clients; * Providing technical support regarding company processes to guide clients and support decision-making; * Ensuring the best and most seamless customer experience through service delivery and guidance on company processes; * Actively participating in projects, collaborating with other departments, and executing activities related to the role; * Representing the company at Support Points (providing guidance and information) through in-person and online meeting presentations; * Document analysis; * Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators; * Identifying opportunities for improvement in the Vice Presidency’s processes and procedures. What You Need: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Minimum 3 years of experience. We Are Looking For Someone With the Following Competencies: * People skills; * Organization, self-discipline, and planning; * Proactivity, adaptability, and flexibility; * Emotional intelligence; * Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Numerical and data skills, project management, process mapping and improvement; * Power BI; * English; * Knowledge of the insurance market. This position is 100% on-site, based in Maceió.
