We are seeking, for a client company in the Edtech sector focused on women aged 40+, an **Executive Assistant** to work directly with the **Operations Director**, providing support for administrative, operational, and live launch activities. **Job Mission** ------------------- Ensure organization, alignment, and execution of operational tasks—serving as the liaison between departments and guaranteeing that processes, deliverables, and information flow clearly—especially during events and launches. ### **Key Responsibilities** **Operational Support** * Organize schedules, tasks, and deliverables. * Monitor team activity progress. * Assist in resolving simple bottlenecks. **Communication and Cross-Departmental Interface** * Serve as the primary contact point among teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Traffic, Design, and Support). * Ensure clear and concise communication. * Facilitate information flow between Leadership and teams. * Coordinate with vendors when necessary. * Verify availability and organization of materials and systems. **Support for Launches and Events** * Track launch timelines. * Be present throughout the 3-day event to ensure precise execution. * Monitor comments, urgent requests, and customer support. * Immediately escalate critical issues. **Other Responsibilities** * Support payment management, invoice verification, and financial controls. * Consolidate post-event reports. * Ship physical materials and products to students. ### **Technical Requirements** * Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Experience with tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar. ### **Education** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in: * Business Administration, Management Processes, Project Management, Production, Marketing, or related fields. ### **Experience** * Minimum of 1 year in assistant or management support roles. * Experience in digital businesses, online events, or launch operations is desirable. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing digital launches or events. * Familiarity with dynamic environments involving multiple cross-functional teams. * Proficiency with organizational tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp). * Prior experience supporting leaders or executive leadership. ### **Compensation** Niterói – RJ | Hybrid Model PJ Contract | BRL 3,500.00 + bonus Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
