Description: * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * Completed postgraduate program in one or more of the following areas: Emergency/Critical Care (Emergency Department), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or Multiprofessional Residency in Health. * Active registration with the Nursing Council. * Minimum of six (6) months of documented experience as a Nurse in emergency/critical care. * Provide safe, humanized, and individualized care from patient admission through transfer to another unit, under supervision of a registered nurse. * Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform nursing procedures, always prioritizing patient safety and infection risk reduction. * Complete documentation specific to patient care and medical records, in accordance with institutional protocols and guidance from the registered nurse. * Ensure effective communication among team members during shifts. * Prepare and supply necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for procedures, ensuring proper use and maintenance. * Assist physicians and support the performance of examinations and specific patient care activities. * Monitor positioning of catheters, tubes, and drains, reporting any abnormalities to the registered nurse. * Comply with regulations set forth by the Regional Nursing Council and institutional routines. * Perform procedures using aseptic techniques and follow guidelines issued by the Hospital Infection Control Service. * Perform other duties relevant to the position. 2512060202191848983
