If you are a person with disability (PwD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become the protagonist of a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preventive and corrective Level 2 maintenance of electronic safes; * Analysis of errors and/or failures reported by customer service equipment, and proposing solutions; * Support for network teams in router configuration, integration, and remote configuration; * Support for Junior technicians; * Technical triage and evaluation; * Daily software and firmware updates, and image decommissioning; * Technical triage and evaluation of electronic equipment withdrawn from client sites; * Generate weekly reports—or as needed—with listings of obsolete or condemned machines; * Conduct product, equipment, and system testing. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Technical degree in Electronics, with active or submitted CFT/CREA registration; * Bachelor’s degree in progress (desirable); * Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B; * Knowledge of electronics and electronic testing tools; * Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Microsoft Office suite; * Field experience with electronic safes, banking automation, or commercial automation; * Availability to work varied shifts and schedules, including weekends; * Willingness to travel, if required; * Knowledge of maintenance procedures for Prosegur’s equipment fleet; * Residency in Osasco/SP or nearby regions. **WORK LOCATION:** **OSASCO** **- SP**
