We are seeking a Market Intelligence Assistant to work analytically and strategically alongside the Commercial, Marketing, IT, Trade, and physical store teams. This professional will be responsible for supporting the measurement of commercial campaigns, data analysis, and insight generation, directly contributing to leadership decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Support stores in evaluating sales campaigns by performing calculations, validations, and consolidating results; * Extract, process, and analyze data related to sales, customers, and the market; * Query and manipulate databases using SQL; * Extract data from internal systems (ERP, e-commerce, spreadsheets, and internal platforms) and maintain databases up to date; * Develop strategic reports in Excel and support the creation of dashboards in Power BI; * Update, validate, and submit customer portfolios and positive balance statements; * Generate, update, and distribute performance reports (sell-in, sell-out, targets, achievement) to regional managers, supervisors, and commercial leadership; * Assist in analyzing commercial metrics, trends, and opportunities by region, store, product category, and customer; * Collaborate closely with stores and internal departments (Commercial, Marketing, Trade, IT, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth information flow; * Support incentive campaigns (for sales representatives, distributors, and teams), including rule definition, monitoring, and closure; * Prepare presentations and consolidate data for weekly meetings; * Provide ad hoc analytical support to managers, directors, and leadership. **Education:** Economics, IT, Communications, Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Business, Automation, Programming, or related fields. **Requirements and Skills / Mandatory** * Advanced Excel * BI experience preferred * Basic programming knowledge * Analytical ability and data interpretation skills **Preferred** * Power BI (modeling, DAX, dashboard development) * SQL * Python Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2,492.01 – R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
