Execution of administrative routines **Position: Administrative Assistant** We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform the company’s administrative tasks, providing support to departmental activities and contributing to the organization and control of internal processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Data entry and management of Excel spreadsheets; * Receiving payments from customers and verifying payment receipts; * Issuing invoices; * Entering (inputting) invoices into the system; * Issuing return invoices, when necessary; * Organizing documents and providing general administrative support. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 18:00**, with a **1h30 lunch break**; * Saturday, from **08:00 to 12:00**. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
