




**Administrative Assistant – Studio Ana Carolina** Location: Belo Horizonte – MG Working Hours: * Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Days off: Sunday and Monday **About Studio Ana Carolina** We are a leading beauty and wellness studio, focused on delivering exceptional service, organization, and a welcoming experience for our clients. We welcome **interns and apprentices** who wish to develop their administrative skills in a professional, organized, and welcoming environment. **Job Responsibilities** * In-person and online customer service (via WhatsApp/Instagram); * Scheduling organization and support in booking procedures; * Administrative and financial record-keeping support; * Organization of documents, spreadsheets, and materials; * Daily operational support to studio professionals; * Assistance in maintaining the studio space and ensuring smooth operations; * Contribution toward a light-hearted, organized, and professional work environment. **What We’re Looking For** * Strong communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor; * Organizational ability and proactivity; * Proficiency with technology and social media; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Eagerness to learn and grow within the administrative field; * Commitment to schedules and routines; * Collaborative and responsible attitude.
