





Description: * Bachelor’s degree; * Experience with Workday system configuration; * Experience with product management; * Experience with system management and HR systems support; * Ability to implement process improvements; * Fluent English; * Willingness to work on-site in Campinas, SP; * Ability to quickly learn and understand business models and apply IT solutions. * Configure the Workday HCM and Absences modules; * Act as SME during project implementations; * Lead process transformation; * Propose process reviews focused on improvements and efficiency; * Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) to drive continuous improvements in business processes; * Proactively reduce process lead time and enhance user experience (UX); * Independently resolve issues raised in applications, ensuring agility in solutions; * Collaborate across different functions to ensure operational efficiency at all organizational levels; * Develop procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training for Workday system users; * Build cross-functional Workday knowledge to support the team as needed during peak workloads; * Understand HR process requirements and apply appropriate security rules to meet specified requirements; * Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, addressing their concerns during monthly cycles; * Provide HRIS Level 3 support, focusing on consultative engagement with the global Workday Support team; * Manage incidents to ensure timely resolution within established service-level agreements (SLA). 2512060202191507955
