Job Summary: Coordinate sales teams, supervise store and inventory operations, and ensure achievement of sales targets and environmental organization. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets * Ensure achievement of sales, margin, and revenue targets. * Coordinate internal and external sales teams. * Monitor and guide sales staff (counter and field) to meet performance indicators. * Support cashier operations: opening, closing, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. * Supervise inventory: accuracy, organization, and replenishment levels. * Monitor shipping: delivery compliance, deadlines, and quality. * Validate orders with correct margins and applicable commercial rules. * Analyze competitors' commercial proposals. * Ensure customer database updates and proper order flow. * Maintain store organization, sales environment, cleanliness, and 5S standards. * Evaluate, develop, and guide the team. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations, operational procedures, and internal policies. * Serve as a ferista in RMR stores. **Desirable**: Availability for travel. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday (07:30–17:00); Saturday (08:00–12:00) **Benefits**: Bonus R$2.500,00 Meal allowance R$300,00 Hapvida hospital plan (no deduction, with waiting period) While traveling: meal allowance R$30.00 | Hotel R$60.00 | Flat R$90.00 (not deducted from VA) No company car; No personal vehicle use; Transportation via Uber; No depreciation; No fuel.
