This professional will work both strategically and operationally, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and excellence in HR processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience handling high volumes of terminations; * Knowledge of eSocial; * Experience in medium- or large-scale corporate environments; * Familiarity with HR metrics.
