Job Summary:
A professional responsible for controlling and monitoring accounts receivable, performing collections, issuing and reconciling financial documents, and supporting discounting operations for duplicate invoices and other financial routines.

Control and monitor accounts receivable; Perform collections from customers (hospitals, clinics, health insurance providers, and individual clients); Issue, verify, and track bank slips (boletos), invoices, duplicate invoices, and bills; Monitor due dates, delinquency, and renegotiations; Reconcile receipts (bank slips, transfers, PIX, and clearing entries); Support duplicate invoice discounting operations with FIDC funds, including: \- Sorting and verifying documents; \- Monitoring assigned titles; \- Tracking settlements and repurchases; \- Monitoring fees, deadlines, and maturities; Follow up on pending financial matters, authorizations, and potential claim denials; Keep customer registries, contracts, and financial titles updated; Organize and archive financial and collection documentation; Prepare reports tracking collections and discounted titles; Support the finance and administration departments in area-related routines. Mandatory Requirements: Completed high school education; Prior experience in collections or accounts receivable; Basic knowledge of financial and administrative routines; Experience issuing and managing bank slips (boletos), duplicate invoices, and bills; Familiarity with bank reconciliation; Computer literacy, especially Excel (basic to intermediate level); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organization, attention to detail, and strict adherence to deadlines. Resilience to handle delinquency and performance pressure; Desired Requirements: Experience in the healthcare sector, especially with OPME; Experience with duplicate invoice discounting, receivables assignment, or FIDC operations; Familiarity with credit assignment agreements; Knowledge of hospital billing; Experience collecting from hospitals, clinics, or health insurance providers; Experience with financial ERP systems; Basic understanding of legislation applicable to negotiable instruments; Familiarity with LGPD as applied to administrative routines.
