#### **About the position:** * Work as a Construction Inspection Technician, responsible for monitoring and supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and safety standards. * Conduct periodic site inspections to verify compliance with executed services. * Issue technical reports and necessary documentation for project control and monitoring. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise construction work in accordance with designs, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Verify compliance with occupational safety regulations at construction sites. * Monitor the proper use of materials and equipment during service execution. * Record and report non-conformities, proposing corrective actions. * Participate in technical meetings and monitor construction schedules. * Issue detailed reports on the progress and quality of completed work. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Technical degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Surveying. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in related activities or having provided services to public agencies. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Provide technical support in monitoring and controlling the execution of sanitation projects within the regional investment portfolio under their responsibility. * Qualification in occupational safety. #### **Benefits:** * Individual Contractor (PJ) #### **Working hours and workload:** * Individual Contractor (PJ)
