After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspection and analysis of parts, products, and components to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications. * Operate laboratory equipment used for inspection, testing, control, and quality assurance; prepare reports describing results and detailing, in technical and scientific terms, structural performance and functionality. * Develop and compare product technical specifications, verifying their suitability and accuracy. * Provide technical support to processes through practical application of concepts and analyses, ensuring efficiency and precision in task execution. * Conduct empirical tests and studies to identify potential process issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. * Stay updated on industry trends, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence guidelines. * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed by supervisors. * Participate in internal and external training sessions, as instructed or requested by the immediate supervisor. * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical, and Environmental) policies, including awareness of environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarity with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (preferred) or currently pursuing one; * Completed Technical School program in Chemistry (mandatory); * Active CRQ registration (mandatory); * Knowledge of Quality routines (preferred). **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
