After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspection and analysis of parts, products, and components to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications. * Operate laboratory equipment intended for inspection, testing, control, and quality assurance, and prepare reports describing results, detailing structural and functional performance technically and scientifically. * Develop and compare product technical specifications, verifying their suitability and accuracy. * Provide technical support to processes through practical application of concepts and analyses, ensuring efficiency and precision in activity execution. * Conduct empirical tests and studies to identify potential process issues, ensuring appropriate resolution and continuous improvement. * Stay updated on industry trends, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules. * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed by supervisors. * Attend internal and external training sessions, as instructed or requested by immediate supervisors. * Know and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (completed or in progress) (preferred); * Technical diploma in Chemistry (mandatory); * Active CRQ registration (mandatory); * Knowledge of Quality routines (preferred). **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
