Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for conducting safety inspections, preparing training sessions, determining the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), collaborating on safety projects, and analyzing the causes of occupational accidents and diseases. Prevent occupational accidents and diseases. **Your Responsibilities:** * Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazardous conditions, take all necessary measures to eliminate risk situations, and train and raise employee awareness regarding safe work practices. * Prepare occupational safety training programs, including awareness-raising initiatives and dissemination of safety regulations, aiming to foster a preventive mindset among employees regarding workplace safety. * Determine workers' use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and recommend and inspect fire protection equipment when required by conditions, aiming to reduce risks to workers' safety and physical integrity. * Collaborate on building modifications or new company installations to establish safer working conditions. * Investigate and analyze the causes of occupational diseases and the environmental conditions under which they occurred, taking legally required actions to prevent recurrence and correct unhealthy conditions causing such diseases. * Organize campaigns, lectures, and other forms of training to disseminate occupational safety and hygiene regulations, as well as inform and raise worker awareness about unhealthy, hazardous, and arduous activities, while monitoring and evaluating training and dissemination activities. * Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE), and recommend and inspect fire protection equipment when required by conditions, aiming to reduce risks to workers' safety and physical integrity. * Collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) on its programs, reviewing its observations and proposals to adopt corrective and preventive solutions for workplace accidents. * Collect and analyze workplace accident, occupational disease, and work-related illness statistics, examining their causes and severity to implement preventive measures. * Develop plans to control disaster effects, establishing conditions for fire suppression and rescue of victims from any type of accident. * Prepare occupational safety training programs—including pre-employment and routine training—covering awareness initiatives and dissemination of safety regulations and procedures, aiming to foster a preventive mindset among employees regarding workplace safety. * Support SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention), organizing necessary activities and resources. * Evaluate workplace accident cases, accompanying injured workers to receive appropriate medical care. * Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazardous conditions, take all necessary measures to eliminate risk situations, and train and raise employee awareness regarding safe work practices. **What We Seek:** * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety; * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and proactivity. **Note:** * Only PDF resumes will be accepted.
