Description: External Selection Position: Occupational Safety Engineer Workload: 30h weekly Regime: Daily Salary: Compatible with the institution's market practice; Full description according to Selection Notice No. 18/2025 \- OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY ENGINEER, published on the website: https://htri.org.br/trabalhe\-conosco/ngc/ Responsibilities and duties * Develop and promote awareness, education and guidance campaigns in Occupational Safety and Health; * Elaborate and implement specific safety procedures through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and/or Safety Orders (SO); * Prepare and issue technical reports, environmental and expert assessments, opinions, programs and other legal documents; * Analyze and evaluate statistical data and workplace accident indicators; * Monitor, guide and control the activities of Internal Accident and Harassment Prevention Committees (CIPAAs); * Consolidate requests, control and monitor purchasing, receipt, inventory management and distribution processes for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Research, develop and apply new technologies, methodologies and technical solutions aimed at continuous improvement of safety conditions, equipment and operational procedures; * Issue technical opinions and provide specialized information to external institutions, regulatory bodies or other organizational areas when requested; * Develop and execute the Risk Management Program (PGR); * Investigate, analyze and record workplace accidents; * Supervise the preparation of the Occupational Profile Record (PPP), as required by social security legislation; * Evaluate and interpret environmental risk monitoring, proposing measures to mitigate risks; * Coordinate and conduct the Internal Workplace Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT); * Control, size and inspect fire extinguishing equipment (extinguishers); * Evaluate and issue technical reports with opinions regarding hazardous and unhealthy work allowances; * Monitor the execution of the PMOC (Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan for air conditioning systems) and direct indoor air quality analysis; * Coordinate the occupational safety team, delegating tasks, setting goals and promoting communication; * Attend labor audit requirements, accompanying inspections and audits; * Monitor the submission of e\-social occupational safety events; * Participate in internal hospital safety and management committees, contributing with technical analyses and normative guidance; * Assess ergonomic conditions of workstations through observations, interviews and measurements; * And other duties inherent to the position.
