**MAIN ACTIVITIES:** * Analyze socioeconomic, territorial and environmental data to support diagnostics and strategies; * Provide technical support for mapping investment and innovation opportunities; * Consolidate territorial information and indicators into strategic reports; * Develop comparative analyses, scenarios and technical recommendations; * Methodologically guide graduate professionals and support mentoring processes; * Act to coordinate data, technological innovation and regional development; * Build databases and data visualization tools – Power BI. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed Master’s degree in fields such as Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Statistics, Geoprocessing or related areas; * Experience in data analysis, applied research, innovation projects or public policies; * Strong analytical, logical and methodological skills; * Strategic vision for using data in territorial development; * Ability to translate technical data into practical analyses and recommendations; * Proficiency in digital tools, data analysis and information platforms; * Advanced English (an advantage); * Contextual knowledge of the economic and territorial reality of Pernambuco; * Personal laptop required; * Availability for in-person work in Recife. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:** * Scholarship of R$5\.600,00 * Allowance of R$1\.600,00 * Business hours – Monday to Friday. Hiring will be conducted under a project-based format with a **duration of 12 months**, not constituting a permanent employment relationship.
