With infrastructure designed to support and empower our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformative journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Coordinate and develop electromechanical maintenance teams stationed in the municipalities of Caraguatatuba, São José dos Campos, Poá, and Pindamonhangaba; * Coordinate the efficient allocation of resources (CAPEX and OPEX); * Carry out maintenance planning; * Coordinate the development of maintenance plans, diagnostics, and improvements; * Manage contracts; * Define and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to maintenance, such as efficiency, availability, reliability, among others; * Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics departments; * Prepare detailed maintenance reports for senior management; * Ensure compliance of processes with quality, safety, and regulatory standards; * Implement maintenance management tools and methodologies; * Implement and maintain procedures to ensure service quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Competencies** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields; or a university degree complemented by a postgraduate qualification in Maintenance Management. Experience: Prior experience in team coordination and maintenance management is desirable. Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., ERP, Power BI, etc.). **Managerial Skills** Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Planning: Strategic and tactical planning skills, including setting clear goals and objectives. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels. Decision-Making: Ability to make swift decisions, especially under high-pressure conditions.
