JOB OPENING \- OEM ANALYST III ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * System installation: Set up and install communication equipment such as routers, switches, IP telephony servers, antennas, and transmission systems (fiber optics, microwave links, etc.). * Maintenance (preventive and corrective): Perform regular inspections, routine tests, and preventive maintenance to ensure continuous system operation. Troubleshoot problems (diagnose and fix failures) in equipment and networks quickly and efficiently when outages occur (corrective maintenance). * Configuration and programming: Configure software and reprogram telecommunications systems to optimize performance and ensure integration between different platforms. * Monitoring and support: Monitor network performance, manage service levels, and provide technical support to users, assisting in resolving connectivity issues and questions. * Documentation and reporting: Record all installation, maintenance, and repair activities, as well as produce technical reports on the status of systems. * Safety and compliance: Supervise procedures and ensure all installations comply with safety standards and industry regulations, especially when working with electrical power and physical infrastructure. * Knowledge of power systems: Understand basic operation of DC power supplies and AC power input, capable of connecting battery banks and mobile/stationary generators. * Knowledge of climate control systems: Possess basic knowledge of air conditioning concepts, able to operate industrial air conditioners and perform minor repairs such as compressor replacement, leak detection and repair, and refrigerant gas replacement.
