





#### **About the position:** Strengthen the digital presence of Real Hospital Português on LinkedIn, both on its company page and on our senior management profiles, ensuring strategic communication aligned with institutional identity, market best practices, and the organization's planning. Work with critical thinking, excellent writing skills, and mastery of metrics to transform profiles into reference channels, influence, and engagement within the healthcare sector. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Plan, create, and manage strategic content for executive profiles and the company page on LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with institutional positioning. * Write high-level texts with clear, engaging narratives tailored to different audiences (employees, partners, healthcare community, market). * Produce and/or curate photos and images for publications. * Monitor metrics and conduct course corrections to improve performance indicators whenever necessary. * Act as the main contact point with executives to align demands and deadlines, providing proposals, communication strategies, and content tailored to each executive’s profile and the company page. * Develop editorial calendars and manage content pipelines, ensuring consistent rhythm, quality, and coherence. * Monitor performance metrics and indicators (reach, engagement, follower growth, benchmarking), providing analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. * Identify strategic opportunities for executives to participate in relevant topics, trends, and conversations on LinkedIn. * Support the Communication and Organizational Culture team in integrating executives’ digital strategy with institutional campaigns. * Continuously update knowledge on digital communication best practices, algorithms, and trends on LinkedIn. * Propose improvements and content for new projects based on market best practices. * Provide technical support to the Communication and Organizational Culture team, ensuring alignment and productivity. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related areas. * Experience in communication projects and change management. * Proficiency in writing and storytelling applied to digital environments. * Solid experience in digital communication management and/or corporate social media. * Experience in content production and metric-driven content strategy for LinkedIn. * Experience in direct interaction with executives and senior leadership. * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. * Project management tools (Planner, Asana, etc.). * Tools, best practices, and monitoring of corporate LinkedIn posts, including publishing, interactions, and SAC 2\.0\. * Planning and execution of institutional campaigns. * Mastery of writing and storytelling applied to digital environments. #### **Desirable (differentiating) requirements:** * Experience or knowledge in the healthcare sector. * Intermediate/advanced English for reading, writing, and tracking global trends.
