Will you join us? **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Responsible for supporting the use of Quality tools (PDSA Cycle, FMEA, Ishikawa), among others; * Evaluate and monitor improvements implemented based on audits (Internal and External); * Support the management of sector standard operating procedures reviews through the SA System; * Monitor the management of Indicators, Non-conformities, Satisfaction Surveys, and other tools within the SA System; * Follow up on the execution of external audits (ONA, QMentum, and other methodologies); * Conduct Internal Audits in departments. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree required in Nursing, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Experience in quality within hospital settings or diagnostic laboratories; * Knowledge of ONA, JCI, Qmentum and/or Palc accreditation, 5S; * Proficiency in Office Suite (intermediate/advanced). **Additional information** **Additional information:** * Availability for **travel and external visits;** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00; * Benefits: Transportation allowance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Medical and Dental insurance; * Employment type: CLT (permanent).
