Here, you will be responsible for maintaining excellence in payroll processes and supporting various areas of the Human Resources Department, ensuring continuity and quality in deliverables. What You’ll Do Daily: * Perform onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and leave processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies; * Process electronic timekeeping data and support the generation of files for bank integration; * Manage and control benefits such as transportation vouchers (VT), meal vouchers (VR), health insurance plans, and statutory obligations; * Prepare reports, including vacation accruals and the 13th salary, to support management; * Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives within the area. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you need: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in payroll; * Knowledge of HR management systems; * Experience in the Human Resources Department, preferably in a BPO environment; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Familiarity with LG, SCI, and Domínio systems is a plus.
