The Analyst will be responsible for connecting business areas with technology partners, ensuring that products are well planned, validated, approved, and delivered with quality and strategic alignment. Responsibilities:* Support the development of new digital products, from conception to delivery on Neoenergia's channels; * Act as a bridge between business areas and technology partners, ensuring alignment of requirements and deadlines; * Participate in product approval and validation, monitoring the maturation process until final delivery; * Work on projects focused on reading, billing, and integration with UTD, ensuring that products meet user and operational needs; * Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve customer experience on digital channels; * Collaborate closely with leaders from each area, ensuring synergy among teams and consistent deliveries.
