We are bringing together the best talents so that together we can continue to grow. **If you are interested in being part of this story, join us.** #### **Responsibilities:** * Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems (Desktop and Server) * Configure physical and logical ethernet networks * Configure switches and routers * Install and manage corporate antivirus solutions * Install, configure, and manage corporate wifi solutions * Configure new access accounts to corporate applications * Configure ticket management software * Configure and use infrastructure monitoring tools * Analyze and recommend new technologies (Software and Hardware) * Other duties relevant to the role #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Information Systems, IT Management, Computer Networks, or related fields; #### **Desired Qualifications (a plus):** * Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems; * Knowledge of computer networks; * Experience providing user support; * Experience with incident management tools (GLPI); * Experience with environment monitoring tools (Zabbix/Grafana); * Familiarity with Office/LibreOffice application suites; * Knowledge of MIKROTIK routers #### **Required Competencies:** * Analytical ability and quick decision-making; * Ability to work both independently and in teams when facing new challenges and under pressure; * Communication skills; * Ability to interact with diverse people; * Strong problem-solving skills; #### **What we offer:** * Employment contract under CLT or PJ regime; * Market-competitive compensation; * 44-hour weekly working schedule; * Work mode \- On-site; * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance;
