**Field Operations Coordinator I**
Where you will work: Lençóis Paulista
Work model: On-site
Company: CPFL Paulista – A company of the CPFL Energia Group.
**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
* Relevant experience in the area or similar role;
* Willingness to reside in Lençóis Paulista;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Valid and definitive Brazilian driver's license (Category B).
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
Coordinate field service business activities at advanced stations through planning and management of operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and delivery with operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations, continuously monitoring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), promoting best practices to prevent accidents and strengthen safety culture.
Oversee mandatory training and certification programs, tracking deadlines and team participation to ensure continuous capability development and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage the team of electricians and other employees, guiding them on work methods and applicable legislation to ensure adherence to company standards and operational best practices.
Plan and control field operations by defining schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring execution to ensure achievement of goals, deadlines, and quality standards.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and service quality metrics using tools such as Power BI (a data analysis and visualization tool), ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and customer satisfaction requirements.
Implement corrective and preventive actions based on analysis of operational data and non-conformities to maintain efficiency and service excellence.
Prepare and review managerial reports, collecting data and proposing improvements to optimize processes, support strategic decision-making, and enhance outcomes.
Promote a healthy organizational climate by encouraging professional development to sustain team engagement and talent retention.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide structured feedback based on technical and behavioral criteria to foster individual and team growth.
Control operational costs by monitoring expenses and optimizing resource utilization to ensure financial balance and adherence to the approved budget.
