**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assessing productive capacities of industrial processes; Assessing commercial demands; Scheduling production based on commercial demands and productive capacities; Monitoring execution of scheduled production; Conducting material inflow and outflow balances, measuring losses; Measuring achieved results and presenting performance indicators; Identifying problems and root causes, generating corrective actions to achieve targets. **REQUIREMENTS:** Learning ability, results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication, organization and time management, and emotional regulation.
