You will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in service within the Food segment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the process and completion of all services within your unit, ensuring excellence in customer service while always complying with contractual requirements; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within your scope to optimize unit operations; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and creation for your unit, and ensure it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year; * Manage the team: establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health and safety training; ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Work in a medium-sized corporate operation, with an average daily volume of 500 meals. **Main Requirements:** * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven leadership experience, including development and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Driver’s license; * Personal vehicle (desirable). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in Industrial UAN * Postgraduate degree in Sanitary Surveillance and/or People Management **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with occasional weekend and/or holiday assignments. **Benefits that Care for You Entirely** At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
