We seek someone who acts as a bridge between business and technology—autonomous, critically minded, and capable of strategically organizing information. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and evolve systems using Java (Web and Android) * Implement and customize solutions in GSAN, ensuring efficient management. * Build and maintain features with a focus on performance and quality. * Work with PostgreSQL databases, performing queries, adjustments, and optimizations. * Develop interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP. * Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with the team on solution development. * Analyze technical problems and propose creative and efficient solutions. * Serve as the technical reference for projects. * Suggest continuous system improvements, adhering to software development best practices. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields * Experience in Java development * Experience with PostgreSQL * Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with frameworks: **Struts, EJB, Hibernate** * Experience with **MVC** architecture * Experience with the **WildFly** application server * Experience with the **GSAN** system * Experience in the sanitation or utilities sector * Experience optimizing commercial systems. **Technical Skills** * Backend development with Java * Database integration (PostgreSQL) * Web development (front-end and back-end) * System architecture (MVC) * Code versioning * Software development best practices and code quality **Behavioral Skills** * Analytical thinking and logical reasoning * High concentration ability * Aptitude for continuous learning and self-development * Adaptability to change and new contexts * Collaboration and teamwork * Proactivity in problem resolution * Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and clearly and objectively translate technical requirements * Active listening to understand customer needs * Organization and accountability for deliverables **About RAS** ?
