From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Key Responsibilities**: * Ensure proper operation of the Conversion Press during production, including physical and electronic monitoring, as well as proper functioning of peripheral equipment, through analysis and comparison against performance standards, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance to eliminate potential failures during the process, achieve established standards of efficiency, effectiveness, and production quality, ensure on-time delivery with minimal waste, extend equipment service life, and comply with safety and environmental protection regulations. Also responsible for monitoring operator activities and conducting continuous training and development to ensure alignment with processes, team development, and improved operational performance. **What We’re Looking For**: **Required** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics (with certificate) **Preferred** * Knowledge of statistical tools (SPC) * Quality tools (Pareto, Cause-and-Effect, etc.) * ISO 9000, 14000, 22000 and OHSAS 18000 standards * Lean tools **Additional Information** * **Work Location:** Cabo de Santo Agostinho/PE * **Work Model:** On-site * **Schedule:** 3x2x2 — from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
