As a **Product Owner**, you will define the product vision, prioritize the backlog, and ensure the team works on deliverables that truly drive operations—with quality and customer focus. Learn more about Gaudium and Machine at: https://gaudium.global/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maximize product value by prioritizing the backlog based on business impact, stakeholder feedback, and market trend monitoring. * Use the product in real-world environments for practical platform testing (exclusively for testing purposes) and visit customers whenever necessary to validate new features, ensuring alignment with strategy and delivery quality. * Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear requirements for a multidisciplinary team (Designers, Developers, and QAs). * Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify improvements, guide decisions, and implement product adjustments. * Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, priorities, and outcomes to diverse internal and external audiences. * Assess team performance to support evaluation, decision-making, and process adjustments as needed. * Foster a strong team culture focused on continuous improvement and Gaudium’s core values—especially agility, quality, results, and teamwork. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as a Product Owner for web products. * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Experience in product management, with familiarity in software development processes, agile methodologies, and data analysis. * Passionate about customer experience, capable of tackling complex challenges and transforming them into simple, intuitive, and highly functional solutions. * Hands-on profile, driven by action, collaboration, and simplicity—willing to dive into operational tasks when necessary to get things done. * Maintains a standard of excellence in everything they do. **Preferred (Not Mandatory):** * Technical background—for example, prior experience in development or degrees in Computer Science, Design, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Driver’s license category “B” (cars). **Additional Information** * 100% remote work; * CLT employment contract (salary negotiable); * Health insurance – SulAmérica (provided by the company at no cost to the employee; dependent coverage available at an additional cost per dependent); * Dental insurance – Bradesco Saúde (optional, fully employee-funded); * Life insurance; * Daily meal allowance of BRL 43.72 (Flash Benefits card); * Remote work allowance of BRL 131.16; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Time off: One day off during your birthday month; Carnival and Ash Wednesday; December 24 and 31.
