Lead operational team. Monitor performance indicators (OTIF, productivity, costs). Ensure on-time delivery and delivery quality. Manage operational incidents and deviations. Interface with customers and internal departments. Previous experience as Operational Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, Team Leader, or Operational Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
