





Job Title: Sales and Execution Manager (Affirmative Action Position Exclusively for Women) Location: Recife | On-site Job Mission Responsible for leading one or more distributors to deliver key commercial indicators aligned with the company’s strategy. Key Responsibilities * Attend daily morning meetings, ensuring objectives are cascaded and the team is motivated. * Train the distributor’s team to achieve objectives, based on identified needs. * Deliver volume, coverage, and market share targets for the assigned distributor through focused action plans. * Cascade trade and corporate initiatives to the team, ensuring execution at the point of sale. * Provide indirect leadership to the team. * Follow company processes related to the role; conduct monthly and planning meetings. * Monitor the team’s field activities, diagnosing outcomes. * Routinely analyze data—including CDA financial surveys—to develop strategic plans. * Attend afternoon and morning meetings to improve processes. * Ensure sales accuracy through proper SNOP planning, preventing stockouts and enabling better resource/material sizing for the area. * Guarantee visual documentation (“photography”) of successful market execution. * Lead meetings with the distributor’s owner and key leaders to review business plan results. * Disseminate Heineken’s values and culture to distributors, peers, and stakeholders. * Monthly performance review meetings. * Attend weekly planning meetings. * Lead implementation of the Heineken Formula Program across assigned distributors, adhering to sales-area guidelines, training direct teams, and monitoring action execution to standardize service models—with focus on commercial fundamentals, execution, and profitability. * Ensure accurate completion of DOP (Operational Expenses) information and contribute to action plans aimed at improving distributor profitability. * Monitor distributor profitability margins by brand and packaging. * Monitor and advise the distributor on profitability margins, brands, and packaging.
