





The Payroll Assistant is responsible for assisting in personnel department activities, performing time tracking, admissions, benefits, and other routine tasks. * Electronic Timekeeping Management\- responsible for collecting, importing, and processing electronic time records; * Analyze and issue weekly reports on overtime and hour bank control; * Responsible for preparing the transportation voucher spreadsheet for monthly loading; * Responsible for performing employee admissions in the Fortes Pessoal system, printing admission documents, collecting signatures from new employees, registering fingerprints in the timekeeping system, and issuing uniforms; * Responsible for entering SST events related to admissions into the Fortes system; * Responsible for digitizing and archiving documentation of newly hired employees; * Responsible for sending information required for employee badge production; * General filing; * Support the department management with occasional needs; Stay updated on labor and social security regulations, ensuring compliance within the personnel department's practices.
