




Position for HR Assistant Description: We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team. The professional will assist with HR department activities, ensuring compliance with labor and social security obligations of the company. Responsibilities: * Register employees in the payroll system * Monitor and verify the entry and exit of employee documents * Assist in payroll calculation, vacation accruals, terminations, and benefits administration * Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes * Maintain up-to-date records and document files of the HR department Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields * Prior experience in the HR department * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation * Proficiency in payroll systems * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
