Main Responsibilities * Assist in the procurement process for products and services * Request quotations from suppliers * Negotiate delivery timelines, prices, and payment terms * Issue purchase orders * Track purchase orders and delivery deadlines * Maintain an updated supplier database * Monitor incoming invoices (basic verification) * Support inventory control * Prepare tracking reports and spreadsheets * Provide support to departmental requests Requirements * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus) * Experience in procurement or administrative roles * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge * Good communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications * Experience in retail procurement * Knowledge of ERP systems * Experience in negotiation Benefits * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance * [Add other benefits] Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.600,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
