Kiosk Brands is looking for a **Supply Assistant** to join our team! We are seeking an organized, agile, committed individual with strong communication skills to support our procurement processes and ensure efficiency in the company’s supply flow. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct quotations according to purchase requests, verifying prices, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Issue and track purchase orders in the internal system, ensuring control over your order portfolio. * Request registration of new suppliers, ensuring data compliance. * Support the Accounts Payable department in requesting bank slips, invoices, and payment confirmations, as needed. * Monitor receivables and directly coordinate outstanding items with Finance. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement, administrative roles, or related areas. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Basic knowledge of invoices. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with SAP B1 (preferred). **Additional information** Benefits * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher * Health and dental insurance * Wellhub * Monthly Touti product * Discounts at educational and leisure institutions.
