Fleet management and monitoring of routes and drivers We are seeking a **Transport Coordinator to join the logistics team of a food distribution company.** For this role, prior experience in logistics and transportation within the food distribution industry is essential. We seek a candidate with clear, empathetic, and didactic communication skills, as well as proactivity, active listening, organization, and discipline. **Requirements and Qualifications:** \- Completed high school or currently enrolled in or graduated from a Logistics or Administration degree program; \- Knowledge of vehicle tracking and route monitoring; \- Knowledge of billing and route planning; \- Monitoring of driver schedules; \- Handling of documents (delivery receipts, returns, etc.); \- Fleet management (preventive and corrective maintenance); \- Must reside in the operational area (RMR), preferably with easy access to the Passarinho neighborhood. **Compensation and Benefits:** \- Fixed salary; \- Meal allowance; \- Transportation allowance; \- Telemedicine; \- Dental plan.
