"This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals"  **Responsibilities and Duties** * Team Management – Supervise, train, and motivate the team, assign tasks, and ensure goal achievement. Organize daily task distribution to guarantee operational fluency; * Conflict Management – Resolve internal team issues and foster a harmonious work environment; * Inventory and Stock Management – Monitor product storage, verification, and movement; goods receipt and dispatch; prevent losses and ensure inventory accuracy; * Process Optimization – Implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs; * Deadline Compliance – Ensure that receiving, warehousing, and dispatch operations occur within established deadlines; * Safety and Organization – Ensure compliance with all safety standards and maintain an organized work environment; * Performance Indicator Monitoring – Track logistics KPIs (e.g., productivity, losses, service level) and implement corrective actions as needed.
