If you want to leave your mark on one of the most significant B2B retail revolutions in Brazil, this is where you belong. **Mission** ---------- Ensure the smooth daily operation of transportation activities by managing vehicle acquisition, monitoring routes, and supporting drivers—thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency, indicator control, and assistance in payment processes. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Acquire vehicles to meet operational demand * Monitor routes in real time, ensuring on-time delivery and resolution of incidents * Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, offering daily support and guidance * Monitor and update transportation KPIs (performance, delays, productivity, etc.) * Support biweekly driver payment settlements * Resolve operational issues to ensure seamless deliveries **Essential Requirements** ------------------------- * Prior experience in logistics or transportation operations (preferred) * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse profiles—especially drivers * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in data and KPI management * Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of urgency **Salary and Benefits** ------------------------ Praso Flex \- Choose how to use your benefits!
