"People here are treated well regardless of their race or ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, or age." * Highlights from the GPTW 2025/2026 survey Opportunity Responsibilities * Responsible for controlling and managing the Institution’s critical activities, ensuring business continuity plans (BCPs and BIAs); * Integrated management of Financial and Non-Financial Risks through monitoring and enhancement of the internal control matrix, as well as maintenance and cultural adoption of the Risk Management framework, based on COSO principles; * Responsible for planning, identifying, assessing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting Operational Risks across Group entities; * Development and reporting of the Financial and Non-Financial Risk Matrix, ensuring timely management and reporting of critical risks across Group entities; * Preparation of reports to meet legal requirements, risk agencies, and official banks, supporting the Group’s business strategies. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in Business Continuity Management, with focus on contingency planning and execution; * Solid understanding of the BCM lifecycle, including impact analysis, risk assessment, strategy development, and incident response planning; * Ability to develop and implement BCM communication and training plans; * Capability to conduct root cause analyses and propose preventive measures. 2512070202191791917
